Transition Planning
Equipment Collaborative provides owners with the management, planning, transportion of equipment and the labor force to completely relocate services from one facility to another. Equipment, furniture, supplies, staff offices, computers, are all coordinated and moved by our transition team.
  
We apply critical path scheduling, and an organizational plan that embraces the experts within a hospital to guide them through a project. Beginning roughly 10 months in advance of opening allows time for organizing the owner’s representatives into working groups that each serve a vital role in the transition of services.
